Intellectual property at issue concerned genetically modified treatment for a pediatric respiratory disorder known as RSV.
  • Co-counsel representing Qualcomm in a number of matters including antitrust litigation in federal courts in New Jersey and Delaware relating to alleged FRAND licensing commitments with respect to patents for cellphone technology.
  • Co-counsel representing IBM in patent litigation in federal court in Massachusetts relating to computer operating system instruction architecture and memory protection algorithms. Participated in Markman hearing on claim terms.
  • Co-counsel representing IBM in trademark litigation in federal court in Illinois arising out of the reconfiguration of mainframe computer memory cards. Successfully obtained injunction preventing further passing off of modified memory cards without sufficient disclosure.
  • Co-counsel representing IBM in copyright litigation in federal court in Pennsylvania seeking to enjoin and recover for the copying of computer microcode in connection with reconfigurations of mainframe computers.
